Сейчас в России устанавливать их просто – кто не знает, что надо бороться со взяточниками? Или с наркоманией, нарушениями закона о выборах, преступлениями в сфере экономики, бегством из страны умов и капиталов? Все знают. А вот �направлять приоритеты развития� может не каждый. Тем, кого Барак Обама похлопал по плечу и кому положили зарплату, - этим проще. На них работает не только весь западный механизм производства информации, но еще и многие российские СМИ, охотно делающие обамовским избранникам бесплатную рекламу.
Какими бы искренними ни были намерения грантополучателей, живущих в моей стране, им никогда не убедить меня в том, что они защищают мои права и мою Россию. Так же, должно быть, как и мне не убедить их в том, что они – только �клавиши большого пианино�, звуки из которого извлекает американский дирижер.
Пятьдесят две такие �клавиши� насчитала я в бюджете фонда NED на 2012 год – год президентских выборов в России. Кто поведет нас в американское завтра? Аналитики �Левада-центра�? Агентство социальной информации? �Защитники гражданских прав�? Фонд Андрея Сахарова? Комитет против пыток? А то, может быть, Чеченский комитет национального спасения?
