Нет, не дхамма, виная. Учение Шакьямуни принято в раннем буддизме называть - дхамма-виная, то есть учение и дисциплина (или этика). Это связано с тем, что методы излагаются в полном объеме в собственно учении, то есть дхамме. А этика излагается в винае (нравственная дисциплина). К слову сказать не все будды давали винаю.

Да. первый вариант имеет отношение собственно к индуизму.
Второй вариант - к Шакьямуни. Но для обозначения знающего, осознаного, пробуждённого - используется оба слова.
